Preparing For Your Appointment:
Pre-Care is just as important as aftercare, and failing to do so will affect the healing process.
4 Weeks Prior:
-No Botox 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks after treatment
2 Weeks Prior:
- No waxing or tinting
-Retinol, Vitamin E, Fish Oils, Exfoliants
48hrs Prior:
-Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, tea, energy drinks and No smoking. All this will cause bleeding and blood pushes pigment out therefor will lead to poor retention during the healing process
-Do not take asprin, ibuprofen, Niacin, other NSAIDs that could thin your blood 2 days prior/after treatment, BUT please consult with your doctor before stopping any needed medication. Your health is more important!
Are you Licensed?
I am licensed, insured and permitted through the state of Nevada. I was trained by top artist internationally in this industry with multiple certifications. I take pride in my work and continuous education to provide the best services to my clients and students.
Does it hurt?
lients out there feel a little nervous about Permanent Makeup being painful. Most of our clients report LITTLE or NO PAIN. Often they say it's a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, at most. They say it's much less painful than eyebrow threading. Some clients have literally slept through the appointment!
We use topical anesthetics (gels and creams) on the eyebrow area prior and throughout the process, so this leaves our clients totally numb during the procedure. In the end, every client says it's totally worth it!
Is it possible that I may not retain pigment?
Yes, it does happen and it is true! A third appointment is often set up so the client has the opportunity to return and I get the chance to review the work and sort out any (if any) adjustments need to be made. Some clients skin may react to trauma of the tattoo, and the skin may try to push out the foreign body of the pigment by producing extreme scabbing, so the pigment will eventually disapear with the scabbing. There is a condition called Pigment Allergy (PPD Allergy, a condition known by dermatologist) or Auto Immune Disease symtoms (client may not even be aware of it). The skin would have over reacted and become super sensative to the pigment and will reject it. Every clients skin is different and healing varies per client. There for treatment is never guaranteed and more than 1 or 2 touchups may be required.
Do you offer touch ups from previous tattoo?
Unfortunately I do not, please email a clear photo of your bare brows prior to booking your appointment for approval. Depending on how they healed will determine if a correction or a removal will be necessary.
Do you guarantee the PMU/Tattoo Body Art service?
Due to everyone’s skin and body being different, daily lifestyle, results do vary and healed results are not guaranteed. Body art can cause swelling, bruising, discomfort, bleeding, & pain. Body art can cause allergic reactions. Body art can cause irreversible changes to the human body. Body art has a risk of infection. Any effective removal of the body art work may leave permanent scarring and disfigurement
Can I still wear makeup?
Remember, having permanent makeup done is there to help speed up the process of applying your makeup. Having your brows done doesn’t always mean you won’t have to fill them in at times when you want that more dramatic glam look. Makeup is still your friend! It’s light and natural enough for your daily no makeup look. For those who absolutely do not want to do anything to their brows, we can always go darker. But being more conservative is great on the 1st session because we can always go darker but I cannot go lighter once its already dark. BUT if you prefer that dark makeup look please do not ask for “natural”, its impossible to achieve dark but natural, have realistic expectations.
