Please review all information before booking your appointment at Boundless Beauty.

Booking & Deposits

How do I secure my appointment?

A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book any permanent makeup, fine line tattoo, or training appointment.

How do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment.

Credit cards are accepted with a 4% processing fee.

All services, classes, and student model appointments are final and non-refundable.

VIP Brows

What are VIP Brows?

VIP appointments are priority bookings available on Kay’s limited days off.

  • $100 VIP upcharge
  • $150 additional fee for correction work
  • Photo approval required before booking

Previous Permanent Makeup

I’ve had my brows done before. Can I still book?

Yes, but you must submit clear, unfiltered photos of your brows before booking.

Required photos:

  • Full face
  • Left brow
  • Right brow

Failure to submit photos may result in appointment denial and deposit forfeiture.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Deposits are forfeited if you cancel for any reason.
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice requires a new deposit:
    • $50 for touch-ups
    • $100 for new services

What happens if I don’t show up?

  • No-shows forfeit their deposit.
  • Future bookings may be declined.
  • Failure to confirm your reminder may result in cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Touch-Up Policy

When is my first touch-up due?

  • Must be scheduled 8–12 weeks after your initial session.
  • You must contact us within 4 weeks to secure your spot.
  • Cost: $175 ($50 deposit).
  • First touch-ups cannot be rescheduled.

Student model touch-ups must be booked at the next available date.

What about annual touch-ups?

  • Photo approval required before booking.
  • Brows must be faded enough to prevent over-saturation.
  • Deposits are non-transferable and may be forfeited without approval.

Appointment Day Policies

What if I’m late?

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Can I bring a guest?

No extra guests, children, or pets unless approved in advance.

Health & Safety

Permanent makeup is not recommended if you:

  • Are under 18
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have uncontrolled diabetes
  • Are undergoing chemo or radiation
  • Have active skin conditions in the area
  • Have severe pigment or anesthetic allergies
  • Are taking Accutane (within 1 year)
  • Have major heart conditions or pacemakers
  • Are taking blood thinners, Retinol, or fish oil within 1 week

Consult your physician before stopping any medication.

Lip Blush Clients:

If prone to cold sores, obtain an antiviral prescription before your appointment.

Pre-Appointment Care

4 Weeks Before

  • No Botox

2 Weeks Before

  • No waxing or tinting
  • Avoid retinol, vitamin E, fish oil, and exfoliants

48 Hours Before

  • No alcohol, caffeine, energy drinks, or smoking
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications (consult your doctor)

Licensing & Credentials

Boundless Beauty is fully licensed, insured, and permitted in the state of Nevada.

Kay is an accredited licensed mentor through the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) with advanced certifications in permanent makeup and fine line tattoo training.

Pain Level

Most clients report minimal discomfort (around 3/10).

Topical anesthetics are used throughout the procedure for comfort.

Results & Healing

How long do results last?

Results vary by skin type and lifestyle. Most ombre powder brows last up to 3 years with proper care.

Some clients may require additional touch-ups. Pigment retention cannot be guaranteed.

Can you work over previous tattooed brows?

Possibly. Photo approval is required to determine if correction or removal is needed.

Risks
All cosmetic tattoo procedures carry some risk. Possible side effects include:

  • Swelling
  • Bruising
  • Allergic reactions
  • Infection
  • Scarring

Removal procedures may cause permanent skin changes.
